Analysis service:
In our fully equipped laboratory, we offer a complete analysis service for electrolyte samples from pre-copper plating, copper, chromium, nickel, degreasing, dechroming and acid zinc baths. In addition, we can carry out comprehensive metallurgical testing on the separated copper, chromium and zinc layers.

Machine inspections & Support:
We offer inspections for all our machine types. We analyze the state of the machine based on an inspection protocol and prepare a quote with all parts we recommend to exchange. Our technical customer service team has the answers to all of your technical questions, whether they regard service and maintenance, commissioning of new equipment or any type of troubleshooting. We support you by phone, via remote maintenance or at your premises.

Repair, inspection and calibration of measuring devices:
We offer a repair service for defective devices, as well as regular inspection and calibration for your measuring devices. For the time your device is with us, we are able to offer loan units.
